Fast Probe Master Mix for qPCR (200 rxn)

Fast probe master mix is formulated for conducting real-time PCR using an oligo-based probe, such as a TaqMan^TM probe, a MGB probe or an AllGlo^TM probe. The master mix contains buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 and our superior hotstart enzyme – Cheetah^TM Taq. Cheetah^TM Taq is a chemically modified hotstart Taq which can be fully activated in 2 minutes, thus permitting fast PCR. We offer two formats of probe master mix, one without ROX (Cat# 31005, 31005-1, 31005-2 and 31005-T)and one with ROX (Cat# 31016, 31016-1, 31016-2 and 31016-T).
