100 bp DNA Ladder, 500ul, 100 applications/kit

100bp DNA ladder is a mixture of specially designed double-stranded DNA fragments for determining the exact size of DNA fragments. The ladder consists of 12 DNA fragments ranging from 100bp to 3000bp(3000bp, 1500bp, 1000bp, 900bp, 800bp, 700bp, 600bp, 500bp, 400bp, 300bp, 200bp and 100bp). The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 0.5-1% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
