500 bp Plus DNA ladder is a mixture of specially designed double-stranded DNA fragments for determining the exact size of DNA fragments. The 500 bp Plus DNA Ladder consists of 13 DNA fragments ranging from 250 bp to 10 Kbp(10000bp, 8000bp, 6000bp, 5000bp, 4000bp, 3000bp, 2500bp, 2000bp, 1500bp, 1000bp, 750bp, 500bp and 250bp. The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 0.5-1% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
