This kit is for isolating total cellular DNA from animal tissues and cells. Purified DNA, free from contaminants and enzyme inhibitors, typically has OD260/OD280ﾠratio between 1.7 and 1.9. No organic extraction and no ethano precipitation. The DNA size could be up to 40 kb, typically with fragments of 20-25kb. Yield: up to 10-30ﾠﾵg. Sample size: up to 25 mg
